Cutting down trees...

Ryan working in the yard with the two older boys! All of our trees right here are getting cut down...well it seems like all of them. There are 3 pine trees that we left!

Finished

We finished our house in October. I had Rockwell in Sep. and got to bring him home to a house full of construction workers...not recommended! but now we are in it and loving it! Next week we are going to work on the yard and put in sprinklers!!!! I have been dragging hoses for the last 14yrs!

We have tore out almost all of our poplar trees, they are dying and we don't want to get the sprinkler system in and then have to go pull them out and mess up the yard, so no shade for a while. We are going to miss it this year in the sand box.

Cub Scouts!!

Raygn is in the bears now and they made a wood tool box for scouts. They brought it to display at the last parent pack meeting, they were so excited to show it off! Check out all the scouts!

Rockwell

Here are a few pictures of Rockwell. He is now 17lbs, 28in., & his head measures 17 3/4 inches! He is trying to cut some teeth...he has been drooling for a couple of months now. I could see one on the bottom but now it is gone. He is rolling and back crawling. (if you don't know what this is it is ok...I had never seen it till now. He arches his back and gets on his head and pushes with his feet!)

He is the happiest baby! Aleigha said,"mom Rock is so happy except when he is crying!" He started sleeping through the night at 3months and takes good naps! I love this little guy. We are so happy he is a part of our family.

Christmas 2010

My computer has been out of order for a little while...ok a long while. I am working on that! I had a couple pictures on the FARM computer (it's off limits for pictures)so here they are! This Christmas Paul gave all his "boys" a gun. Some of them are guns that his father in law gave to him. (Wendell Campbell) I just know I would have loved him so much!!

Baby quilts

I started this quilt the week before I had Rockwell...it's done!!

These two are quilts that I made for Trish's twins...that she just had on the 26th. One is pink/green with brown petals and the other one is pink/brown with green petals. I love these blankets they are just time consuming.

winter storms

We had a few days of bad weather, the kids got to stay home (no school) we were just hanging out. I had foot surgery so I was just trying to do as little as possible! I was feeding Rock, cutting a blanket I was making, Addie and Aleigha were doing my hair! It was just storming outside and we were warm and cozy inside!!

I am sad that I never took any pictures of Aleigha carrying her little buddie when he was a new born. The first day I brought him home he was sleeping on the couch in the living room and I was talking to our painter and here she comes with him...it was a little scary!! It was common real soon, now he is almost as big as she is, but that doesn't stop her! She loves him sooooooo much. What good buddies they will be.

Porter's Nose!!

Porter came home from school one day and didn't say anything to me...he wanted to see if I noticed. (LOL) I didn't and he told me at lunch recess he was playing basketball and someone hit his nose. The elbow to his nose broke it and it bled, so he got some grass, wiped the blood off, held it up to his nose, stopped the bleeding and jumped back in the game!! His teacher didn't even know. When I called the Dr.'s office they asked me why I was barely calling them....I just found out! At parent teacher conference his teacher felt so bad, he doesn't have to be that tough!
