Here is the lake now with the road close to it.

We went to Island Park for a few days. We had never been to quake lake. There was a earthquake back in the 70's and this section of the mountain slid down and blocked the lake. I guess some people died because it happened at midnight. The wind from the slide was tornado force winds. It was pretty interesting.
